Over the last few months I've been enjoying jamming on hardware a lot. This little track started as a few simple manual loops from two of my favorite synths; the Korg Monologue and the Roland Gaia SH01. I recorded several loops on my boss rc505 just on the flow, nothing was quantized or sequenced except for the arpeggios.

I really like the strange atmosphere and the 90's idm vibes and also te fact that it's not a generic 5 min track that fits within a 'genre', so I decided to import the recordings in my daw and arrange them a bit. I added a few witchy samples and some digital fx et voila; witch music.

I feel it's a very organic and imperfect track of which the roughness and the vibe made me feel like some form of old-school alchemist with a drum and some secret electronic potions. Music is witchcraft. Respect your Warlocks.

Magic is only true to those that believe in it.
